Calen Shepherd is alive and the Reapers are gone, but not everything is as she remembers. Her friends are still her friends but there is something amiss with Lieutenant- Commander Ashley Williams. Her turn about in her attitude towards her former friends does not sit well with Calen and the first human Spectre is about to discover that there are worse things in the universe than Collectors, heretic Geth or Reapers.
