PART 5: CHARACTERS The characters for Fallout 3 and Fallout New Vegas drive the story. They give the world it’s flavor and provide most of the memorable moments for the games. And for my money, the Fallout New Vegas characters are more memorable. While Fallout 3 certainly had its share of likeable characters, I didn’t feel much of an attachment to most of the Fallout 3 main characters when compared to the characters in New Vegas.
